Hidden Layers & Printing

Below you can see a numbered menu. This is auto-generated by one of our common Gears. This embeds child pages into the current page, with one child per layer. Clicking the menu items shows one layer/page at a time, with an instant change but no page reloads.



The great advantage of this is that while the webpage version is nicely organised into sections, when you print you get all the sections printed together. As you'll see, we also provide support for printed pages to look very different to browser pages. One layout optimised for each media.
