Nature & Kind

A brand new player in the Eco Friendly Holiday market, Nature & Kind hit the ground running, signing up more than 200 holiday providers within their first few months of business. Clearly a traditional Content Management System was not going to suit them; at least not going to suit the whole site. While our Gearbox CMS still forms the core of the website, as you'll see if you take a look, many of the pages are dynamically generated with a complete holiday profile. While a custom Gear (or several custom Gears) display this information, two separate administration systems manage the holiday data.

Holiday Profile

Not only do the holiday profile Gears display the basic holiday information, they also include an image slide show, full tour itineraries, dates and prices etc.

Search results

One custom Gear takes care of displaying search results in a pleasing format, while another gives the user various options for ordering or filtering the results returned to them.

Partner CMS

The Partner CMS application is built in Flex, so not only is it great to use, but it is fast and great looking too! Each partner supplying holidays through Nature & Kind has their own partner CMS account where they manage the holidays advertised through the website. The application guides them through the process of supplying all necessary details and uploading high quality imagery .

Partner & Content Manager

Nature & Kind use this management application to approve both partner applications to join the N&K website and the holidays that they have prepared. N&K can also edit the lists of questions posed to the partners, thus dynamically updating not only the holiday details but the details a partner will be promoted to supply!
