Some of you may have noticed a new menu option appeared in December 2008, "Helpdesk"! (you can also jump straight to it http://helpdesk.celticinternet.com)
Due to the number of live applications and customers we have it was time to "beef up" our support infrastructure.
This system provides a front-end for all our customers support needs, Knowledgebase, Troubleshooter Wizard, Patch/File Downloads, Tutorials & Manuals, Technical Articles and the ability to raise and view Support Tickets of course. Fairly comprehensive we think!
As we continue to add customers and solutions this should ensure happier customers!
