Due to the number of live applications and customers we have it was time to "beef up" our support infrastructure.
This system provides a front-end for all our customers support needs, Knowledgebase, Troubleshooter Wizard, Patch/File Downloads, Tutorials & Manuals, Technical Articles and the ability to raise and view Support Tickets of course. Fairly comprehensive we think!
As we continue to add customers and solutions this should ensure happier customers!

Back in June 2008 we showed Digital Pen & Paper (DP&P) at Scotch on the Rocks.
Well, things have moved on since then and we've put in place a completley revised back-end platform - more powerful of course!
The new platform means we can develop Pen Applications much quicker than in the past which means our customers can add new and additional applications (or if they are a new customer, their first project) in days rather than weeks. As time is money, this means the ROI of DP&P is now even better!

I've been using ColdFusion's threading functionality recently, and discovered a nasty gotcha...
